About Bryan Norton

Bryan Norton is a current member of the Mellon Fellowship of Scholars in the Humanities at Stanford University, where he writes about German idealism and romanticism, contemporary art, and the history of media and the environment. He received his PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022 and has published articles on poetry and nature philosophy, gender, and the politics of extinction.
