About Walter Davis

Walter A. Davis (Professor Emeritus, The Ohio State University) is an actor, playwright, and psychoanalytic cultural critic. Among his books are Inwardness and Existence; Deracination; and Death’s Dream Kingdom. He is currently at work on a novel ironically titled The Last Catholic; and a theoretical contribution to psychoanalysis, Psyche as Tragic Process.
